* *The White Cat * *

I met a little cat
When a'walking to school today.
She pricked her little kitty ears
And stole my heart away.

She rubbed herself against my leg
And wound herself about.
I scratched her behind her kitty ear
And almost saw her pout.

But the bell rang and I got to go
I told her I could not bear.
But after school I looked for her
She simply wasn't there.
